We’re searching for a motivated Showing Agent to support buyer agents by hosting open houses, showing homes, and learning the strategies that lead to success. This role is ideal for someone who is newly licensed or completing real estate coursework and ready to step into the industry full-time.
From day one, you’ll be immersed in proven systems, consistent structure, and the tools needed to build a strong foundation. Along the way, you’ll be positioned to earn rewarding commissions while preparing for a long-term career in real estate.

Compensation:
$140,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

Qualifications:
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
