We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience, excellent attendance, and the ability to work independently.

This is a great opportunity for someone attending HVAC school, recently HVAC-certified, or looking to grow their skills in residential property maintenance. HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders on time.
• Prepare vacant apartments, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Assist with general HVAC and maintenance repairs.
• Provide friendly, responsive service to residents.
• Maintain the property, grounds, pools, and curb appeal.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the property clean and well maintained.

Requirements

1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Reliable with excellent attendance.

Multifamily property experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Must provide basic hand tools.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

High school diploma

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
