Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Maintenance Lead in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $40-45 per hour, depending on experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct production activities for the shift
- Enforce safety compliance
- Supervise and evaluate employee performance
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery
Experience Needed:
- At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- A Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is strongly preferred
- Strong experience with electrical troubleshooting including motors, wiring, AC/DC drives, and PLC troubleshooting
- Mechanical repair experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, shafts, piping, and welding
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience performing preventive maintenance
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
