Very busy Property Management company is looking for a contractor to perform general handyman/maintenance duties for our properties. Must have your own tools and vehicle. Most of the properties we manage are located in the city of Detroit.
This is a contracted 1099 position.
**Experience necessary
**Experience with city inspections and section 8 inspections is helpful but not necessary
**Must be capable of making all types of general maintenance repairs that would be typical on single family homes as well as multi-family properties
For any larger jobs we would need you to send a quote for the repair. We can proceed after the homeowners approval.
