The Agent Growth Alliance is looking for real estate agents in York, Lancaster, and Camp Hill who want to grow their business, sharpen their skills, and have the support, leads, systems, and people around them to actually make it happen. We're looking for agents who are:

Part-time agents are welcome too. If you're building your real estate business around another career, family, or other commitments, we'd still love to talk.
What you'll do
You'll work with buyers and sellers, follow up with leads, build relationships, conduct consultations, show properties, negotiate offers, manage transactions, and continue developing your own book of business. Most importantly, you'll be expected to own your business. We can give you the tools, opportunities, training, and support. You have to bring the effort. We have active inbound leads in York, Lancaster, and Camp Hill as well as office locations in York and Lancaster.
What you need
- An active PA real estate license
- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- A professional attitude
- The ability to manage your time and follow through
Experience in real estate or sales is a plus, but we're more interested in your mindset and willingness to grow.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Commission + bonus opportunities
Expected Earnings: $48,000 – $258,000+ annually
Schedule: Flexible / self-determined schedule
License: Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License required
