Job DescriptionWhat's the role?The Cleaner role is responsible for providing cleaning services across REMS-managed residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces, and is comfortable supporting a variety of property cleaning needs.Job tasks could include:Laundry and cleaning of apartments, common areas, and commercial spacesDusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfacesScrubbing, sanitizing, and maintaining interior spaces to ensure a clean and professional appearanceWindow washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning tasks as neededSafely using ladders to complete cleaning and maintenance-related tasksNotifying management of any observed deficiencies or repair needsCollaborating with the rest of the cleaning staffFollowing all health and safety regulationsWhat experience and skills do I need to be successful?Passionate about cleaning and providing a spotless end productExperience in a cleaning role is a plus, but not requiredPositive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate with othersValid driver's license and ability to travel to various properties as neededAbility to support a flexible schedule based on property needsComfortable performing interior and exterior cleaning tasks, including ladder work, window washing, and pressure washingGreat Perks and Benefits:Some major perks we offer are long-term job stability, work-life balance to support raising a family, and significant opportunity to grow your career within the company.
