Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their selling goals
• Conduct listing consultations and presentations
• Prepare pricing strategies and listing agreements
• Market properties and guide sellers through the listing process
• Negotiate offers and contracts through closing
• Manage seller leads and follow-ups using our CRM
• Follow proven sales systems to secure listings and close transactions
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional seller experience

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded
• Strong time management and follow-through
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Sales experience and a proven track record preferred
