Responsibilities:
- Perform rough and final post-construction cleaning
- Remove dust, debris, and construction materials
- Clean floors, windows, fixtures, and surfaces
- Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and job site rules
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- No experience required (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical labor (standing, lifting, bending)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on job sites with construction activity
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting at $14/hour (adjust as needed)
- Typical shifts: 6–10 hours depending on project
- Weekend and occasional weekday work available
