We are seeking reliable, hardworking Custodians / Janitors for part-time, on-call cleaning assignments. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities with varying schedules and hours based on business needs.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities.
Job Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

Clean windows, doors, and frequently touched surfaces.

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Follow workplace safety procedures and cleaning guidelines.

Complete additional janitorial duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Willingness to accept assignments on short notice.

Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
Schedule & Availability
This is an on-call, part-time position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Assignments will be offered based on client needs and employee availability. Candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and varying work locations or shifts.
