Job DescriptionAbout the Role:K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning crew that keeps one of Tennessee's busiest travel hubs spotless and welcoming for thousands of passengers every day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of airport terminals, restrooms, gate areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff hard floor surfaces throughout assigned areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in accordance with facility schedules
• Restock restroom supplies including paper products and soap dispensers
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handrails, counters, and seating areas
• Follow all airport security protocols and safety guidelines while on the premises
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to pass a TSA background check required for airport access
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
