Location: Prosper, TX 75078
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Assignment Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $21–$22/hr
Take on a key maintenance role where your technical skills keep a thriving multifamily community operating at its best. You’ll handle essential repairs, HVAC duties, and turn work that directly supports resident satisfaction and property performance.
Job Description
- To complete service requests and general apartment repairs
- To perform HVAC duties and troubleshoot systems in accordance with certification
- To complete make‑ready/unit turns ahead of new move‑ins
- To conduct preventive maintenance across building systems
- To support onsite staff while following safety protocols and Fair Housing standards
Required Qualifications
- HVAC and CPO certifications (required)
- EPA Type II or Universal certification (required for certified roles)
- Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily experience
- Strong abilities in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to complete unit turns/make‑readies
- Must supply own tools suitable for maintenance work
- Ability to follow safety and Fair Housing compliance requirements
- Reliability and ability to work independently
