Maintenance Technician
Location: East Hartford, CT
Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $22-$23/hour
Type: temp-to-hire

We have partnered with a Regional Property Management company who is in need of an All-Around Handyman who can help with Apartment Turnovers and Maintenance orders for a 200+ unit complex in East Hartford
 
We need someone to start ASAP! Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>vacant apartment preparation</li>
<li>trash removal</li>
<li>emergency repairs</li>
<li>cleaning</li>
<li>landscaping</li>
<li>ordering maintenance equipment</li>
<li>record keeping</li>
<li>accepting deliveries and moving furniture and/or appliances.</li>
<li>turn projects (fixing up apartments after residents leave prior to leasing to a new resident)</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have hands-on experience with: basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating,&nbsp;landscaping and cleaning
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have their own reliable transportation
