Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in HVAC, looking for a stable and rewarding career? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Direct Hire General Maintenance Tech!
About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks, with a particular emphasis on your HVAC expertise. You'll be working in the dynamic Flower Mound area of DFW, ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Performing preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment.

Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).

Conducting general building repairs and upkeep.

Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician.

Strong background and proficiency in HVAC systems (troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance).

Ability to perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Reliable, professional, and a strong team player.
Requirements:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Must be able and willing to move to different projects/sites as directed by the project manager in their own vehicle.

Must have their own sets of tools.
