The Brickette Lounge is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Security Team. Our security staff plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our guests and employees.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and check IDs at the door.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the venue.
- Monitor guest behavior and address issues professionally and respectfully.
- Assist with crowd management during live entertainment and special events.
- Work closely with management and staff to resolve situations calmly and effectively.
- Help ensure all guests have a positive experience while enforcing house policies.
Qualifications
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
