Job Summary:We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented technician to handle floor care and trash removal. This is a straightforward but important role that keeps our client spaces clean, safe, and presentable.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep and mop floors thoroughly and efficiently
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Transport and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas (hallways, common spaces, work areas)
- Follow company cleaning standards and schedules
- Report any issues or supply needs to management
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stay active throughout shift
Schedule:
Evening shifts: 6pm-9pm
- Monday-Friday
