Berger Communities is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee four communities in Philadelphia’s Main Line area: Apartments at Wayne Station, Montgomery Pointe, Summit Court, and The Athens, totaling 117 apartment homes.
In this role, you'll lead daily operations, drive leasing performance, and create an exceptional resident experience across multiple communities. We're looking for a motivated leader who thrives on building strong teams, fostering meaningful resident relationships, and delivering outstanding results.

Pay & Benefits
- $70,000–$74,000/year, plus:
- Up to 20% annual bonus

Location: Wayne, Bala Cynwyd, Haverford, and Ardmore, PA. Schedule: Full time, Monday- Friday.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face and force behind the day-to-day success of the community. Your leadership will drive everything from leasing results to resident satisfaction.
- Manage the overall financial performance of the property
- Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals
- Build and lead a high-performing onsite team
- Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
- Oversee the full resident lifecycle—from move-ins to renewals
- Ensure rent collection and handle legal processes as needed
- Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness
- Stay in the know about the local market and competing properties
