Merlin Industries is looking to hire a Handyman / Maintenance person for a Corporate Office Environment to handle on-going maintenance, digital work orders, multi-tasking, and general operations/cleaning. Candidates must have relevant maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
-Be able to complete basic handyman tasks such as maintaining door hardware, locks, handles, light plumbing, and change filters
-Perform general cleaning and trash removal duties to maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
-Review, update, document, escalate, and close work tickets
-Perform restroom checks, restock pantry, debris removal, set up rooms, emergency clean ups, maintain tools and equipment, and manage supplies as needed.
-Stand and walk for extended periods of times and perform light lifting
Qualifications and Skills
-Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work in the USA
-Required to pass a complete background check
-Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
