Overview of the role:
\n

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled and supported
- Prepare and analyze financial statements across a portfolio of managed properties
- Review, code, and approve invoices while resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with property managers to explain financial results in clear, practical language
- Support onboarding and accounting setup for newly acquired property portfolios

Preferred Qualifications for the role:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate and solve problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- Must be a team player who possesses a positive and flexible mindset and is able to prioritize and manage time proficiently
