Maintenance Technician (Night Shift), up to $50/hr + Quarterly Bonus, Milwaukee Area

Tired of working 5 or 6 nights a week? This role pays more and has you in the plant for roughly half the month.

We’re working with a well-established food and beverage manufacturer in Milwaukee’s northwest suburbs that’s hiring 7 Maintenance Technicians for its night-shift team. These are permanent roles with top-of-market pay, a quarterly bonus, and a schedule most technicians would like to have.

What you’ll be doing
\n
You’ll keep high-speed aseptic filling, packaging and processing lines running through the night. That covers fillers, case packers, cappers, mix/blend, silo and CIP systems. You’ll take trouble calls, diagnose faults on both the mechanical and electrical side, and get lines back up fast. You’ll also carry out PMs, support plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, chillers and cooling towers, and own the recurring issues until they’re fixed for good.

What you’ll bring
\n
- \n
- 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in food, beverage or another high-speed manufacturing environment
- Aseptic packaging experience is a big plus; strong high-speed filling or bottling backgrounds will be considered
- Hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, servo drives and motion control
- Able to read electrical schematics
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and AC/DC systems
- Comfortable with changeovers and precision equipment setup
- Experience using a CMMS
