Compensation:
$140,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to new and developing agents
- Lead training sessions focused on lead generation and client conversion
- Model best practices in contracts, negotiations, and client service
- Support mentees in building consistent business habits
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and expand the coaching program
- Track mentee progress and provide accountability check-ins
- Share systems and tools that streamline agent business growth
- Foster a culture of collaboration, consistency, and results
Qualifications:
- Active Michigan real estate license
- Minimum of 2 years of production experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and systems
- Proven ability to coach, train, or mentor others
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized and dependable with follow through
- Passion for personal growth and helping others succeed
- Driven to achieve goals for both self and team
