Two-Person Evening Cleaning Team | Searsport, ME
Office Pride of Maine is hiring two experienced commercial cleaners to work together at an industrial facility in Searsport. We’re especially interested in applicants who have cleaned together before and know how to work as a team.

This is a physically demanding cleaning position in an active industrial facility with a detailed cleaning scope. The work requires steady movement throughout the shift, attention to safety procedures, and consistent follow-through. We’re looking for a two-person team that can share the workload reliably and take pride in doing the job well.

Schedule

• Monday: 5:30–9:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 5:30–9:00 p.m.
• Friday: 4:00–9:00 p.m.

That’s 12 hours per week for each person. Both team members must be available for all three shifts. Rate of pay listed is per cleaner.

What You'll Do

• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, Sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean sinks, toilets, counters, mirrors, and other surfaces
• Restock paper products
• Clean glass and entry areas
• Use basic commercial cleaning equipment
• Follow safety and building security procedures

• Comfortable with physical cleaning work
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that stays with you at the job site
