THE JOB

Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments throughout Connecticut
Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and wants
Utilize FSBS' proven sales presentation to present solutions, overcome objections, and close on the first visit.

REQUIREMENTS & CULTURE

Experience: 1+ years in customer-facing roles (Retail, Wireless, Hospitality) and/or commission-based roles
Skills: Strong communication and a passion for home improvement.
Logistics: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
Mindset: Coachable, high-energy, and self-motivated.
