What You’ll Do:
As a Commercial Cleaner, you’ll be an essential part of creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Performing cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
- Using ServiceMaster products and tools to ensure spotless results.
- Maintaining and organizing cleaning supplies and equipment.
Facility Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning duties—including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal—across diverse commercial spaces such as office buildings, retail centers, and medical facilities.
Multi-Site Deployment: Travel reliably between different client locations within a designated region to cover shifts, respond to urgent cleaning needs, or provide supplemental labor during peak periods.
Mobility: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to travel between sites.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Soft Skills: Strong independent work ethic, dependability, effective time management, and professional communication skills when interacting with clients
