Join our facilities team in Ormond Beach, just off US 1, supporting our second-shift operations. As a Facilities Custodian Specialist, you’ll keep high-traffic spaces clean, safe, and ready for the next workday.
A day in the role
As your shift begins, you’ll walk the site to prioritize areas in need. You’ll tidy the breakroom after meal periods, manage refuse and recycling, restore restrooms to a hygienic standard, and finish floors so they’re safe and spotless before the next wave of activity.
- Empty and remove trash throughout the facility
- Clean and sanitize the breakroom
- Sweep, mop, and perform floor care; operate a ride-on scrubber if experienced
- Clean and restock restrooms
Compensation & schedule
- Pay: $16.80 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: Second shift
- Work Location: In person (Ormond Beach, FL, off US 1)
What you’ll need
- Minimum 2 years of custodial experience (required)
- Comfort working in hot environments
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Steel-toed boots required
- Experience with a ride-on floor scrubber preferred (not required)
