Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Weekends as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, and provide property tours

• Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in paperwork

• Maintain accurate records and data entry in leasing software

• Respond promptly to calls and emails

• Help organize and participate in resident events

• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable

Qualifications:

• 1 year of leasing experience in property management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency; Yardi or similar property management software a plus

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
