Job DescriptionMaintenance Supervisor

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily maintenance activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to support both individual and team performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
  • Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance work through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Partner with operations, safety, environmental, and leadership teams to support production goals and facility needs.
  • Manage repair projects and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure equipment, facilities, and maintenance practices comply with applicable safety and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate outside contractors and service providers when necessary.
  • Promote a disciplined, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience within maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and related documentation.
  • Experience working with CMMS and/or ERP
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical education or a related degree is preferred.

Pay Details: $64,500.00 to $81,000.00 per year
