A growing property management company with a portfolio of 50–60 properties is seeking an experienced and enterprising Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in scaling the business. This hybrid position allows for a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration in North Metro Atlanta.
This is not your typical property management role. We’re looking for a business-minded professional who has been through the full life cycle of property management and is ready to step into a leadership-track role with long-term equity potential. The Ideal Candidate:
- 7–10 years of experience in leasing and property management
- At least 4–5 years in a leadership or management capacity
Well-versed in the entire property management cycle, including:
- Comfortable being held accountable for performance metrics and operational results
- Familiarity with AppFolio is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of:
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Enterprising mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth

Compensation:
$55,000
Responsibilities:
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing
- Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
- Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes
- Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
- Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in leasing and property management
