• Manage residential and commercial properties on a daily basis.

• Handle lease agreements, tenant onboarding, and renewal processes.
• Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property maintenance.
• Resolve tenant concerns professionally and maintain positive relationships.
