Position: Leasing Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-time | Must be available to work weekends

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or property management

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable working weekends as part of a schedule

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing procedures

Reliable, professional, and ready to hit the ground running!

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist prospective residents

Conduct property tours and highlight community features

Process applications and prepare lease paperwork

Build lasting relationships with residents and team members
