About the role
Stor-N-Lock operates 24 self-storage locations across the western U.S., and we’re looking for an experienced storage pro to take over our Cottonwood Heights facility. You’ll have real responsibility of your store, a supportive team behind you, and room to grow with us.
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day operations: rentals, move-ins, payments, and customer service
- Sell units and add-on products by matching customers to the right space
- Follow up on past-due accounts and keep occupancy and collections on track
- Keep the property clean, secure, and well maintained, including daily walk-throughs
- Handle deposits, records, and reporting accurately
- Coordinate vendors and communicate maintenance work to tenants
What you bring
- Self-storage management experience (strongly preferred), or solid customer-facing sales or property management experience
- Comfort with property management software and basic computer skills
- Organized, self-directed, and good with people
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (public transit is not sufficient for this role -occasional travel to other locations or errands required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Able to lift, walk the property, and work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
