Job Description
· Oversee the entire industrial maintenance function for a manufacturing business unit, managing people, budgets, equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement to keep production running efficiently with minimal downtime
· Direct a team of 3 supervisors, 2 controls technicians, and 2 part coordinators
· Manage the maintenance department budget, control expenses, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
· Lead maintenance projects, implement operational changes, and manage priorities to achieve short- and long-term business goals
Key Requirements
· 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical systems
· 3+ years of management experience as a hands-on leader who leads by example and adds structure to the department
· CMMS - SAP experience is a plus
· Background in the Food, Beverage, or Chemical industry preferred
