Security Officer – Luxury Condominium | Overnight Shift
Kingsley Security is hiring Security Officers for an ultra-luxury residential condominium in Miami, FL 33137.

We are looking for professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officers who provide excellent security and customer service in a luxury residential environment.
Position Details
- Location: Miami, FL 33137
- Pay:$18.00- $20.00/hour
- Position: Security Officer
- Shift: Evening / Graveyard / Overnight
- Florida Class D License: Required
- Class G: Preferred
- Spanish: A plus
- Luxury residential experience: Preferred
What You'll Do
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
- Monitor building entrances and access control
- Conduct interior, exterior, garage, and amenity patrols
- Control access for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
- Identify and report suspicious activity
- Complete detailed incident reports
- De-escalate situations professionally
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
- Provide professional white-glove customer service
- Coordinate with concierge, valet, and property management
What We're Looking For
- Previous security experience; 6+ years preferred
- Active Florida Class D Security License
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- CCTV/live-monitoring experience
- Access-control experience
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background and professional references
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Calm, alert, and dependable under pressure
- Must be available for evening/overnight shifts
Luxury Experience Is a Plus
Experience in luxury condominiums, high-rise residential communities, private residences, five-star hotels, or hospitality security is strongly preferred.
