Position Overview
We are an established, results-driven commercial real estate office in Tampa seeking an accomplished Commercial Property Manager with a PROVEN record or an unquestionable record of yearly improvement that shows a very high level of success in commercial property operations, leasing, financial oversight and tenant relations.
We seek a sharp, resourceful professional with strong business judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the initiative to independently manage commercial real estate assets while maximizing property performance and value. This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional organizational skills, independent judgment, accountability and a proactive approach to property management.

We seek a candidate that will independently manage daily operations while maintaining proactive, meaningful communication with ownership. We value sound decision-making, initiative, and the ability to translate ownership's objectives into measurable results without unnecessary oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of commercial property operations, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Negotiate and administer commercial leases, renewals, and related agreements.
- Manage rent collections, delinquencies, default notices, operating expenses, and financial reporting.
- Administer lease provisions, including CAM reconciliations, rent escalations, and tenant improvement allowances.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, appearance, and curb appeal.
- Maintain direct, meaningful communication with ownership regarding property performance, significant developments, strategic priorities, and progress toward established objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial, verifiable commercial property management experience with a demonstrated record of success.
- AppFolio proficiency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver results.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Notary Public certification is a plus.
