Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective buyers and sellers through appointments provided by the team.
- Learn and apply proven scripts, CRM workflows, and lead follow-up systems
- Guide buyers through property tours, market education, and the home-buying process.
- Collaborate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes
- Track activity and performance metrics; participate in regular coaching sessions
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
- Active real estate license in Texas OR actively pursuing licensing and committed to completion
- Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for a sales career
- Good communication skills and professional presence
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for local appointments
- Willingness to attend training and follow team systems
Nice-to-Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Basic familiarity with technology tools
