BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant for a busy apartment community in Bellevue, WA. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced leasing environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in property management.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and conduct community tours
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Present apartment homes, amenities, and community features
- Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
- Assist with marketing initiatives and resident retention efforts
- Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment
- Working knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
