Compensation:

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in prospecting and identifying potential clients to build a robust client base.
  • Participate in training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of real estate processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and client relationship management.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and systems to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss strategies, and support team goals.
  • Develop and maintain a personal network to enhance business opportunities and client referrals.
  • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
