Ready to learn real estate sales through hands-on experience instead of trying to figure everything out on your own?
We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their skills, work directly with clients, and build a career in real estate with training and mentorship behind them.
You’ll work with buyers and sellers on real transactions while learning how to prospect, generate leads, build a client base, and provide exceptional client service. You’ll also develop your sales and communication skills through regular client interactions and daily experience in the market.
Coaching and mentorship are provided by agents who are actively producing. You’ll have proven systems to follow and a collaborative team environment built around trust, accountability, and professional growth.
The opportunity includes a competitive commission structure with low fees, allowing you to keep more of what you earn as you grow your production.
We’re looking for strong communicators who enjoy working with people, are motivated to learn, and are coachable.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:
$125,500 - $215,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and build a client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests.
- Utilize company-provided systems to track and manage client interactions and transactions efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in team settings, contributing to shared goals and success.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, enhancing your ability to generate leads and manage client relationships.
- Motivation to achieve personal and team goals, demonstrating a proactive approach to professional growth and development.
