Direct Hire Group LLC - Bookkeeping is seeking a Janitorial team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our onsite location in Santa Clarita, CA.
Position Summary
The Janitorial role is responsible for ensuring assigned areas are consistently cleaned and well-maintained. You will follow established cleaning procedures, help support workplace cleanliness standards, and contribute to a professional environment for employees and visitors.
This is a full-time, onsite position in Santa Clarita, CA, ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail and reliable daily performance.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize designated areas according to daily schedules and established procedures

Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restocking supplies

Disinfect high-touch surfaces to help maintain a sanitary environment

Support light maintenance activities and report any issues or damages to the appropriate lead

Maintain cleanliness standards consistently while ensuring supplies and equipment are used properly
Required Qualifications

Ability to follow cleaning instructions, checklists, and established procedures

Willingness to work full-time onsite and maintain a consistent schedule

Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning activities (standing, bending, lifting as needed)

Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation best practices

Compensation
Hourly rate: $20 - $30
