Job DescriptionPRIMARY DUTY:Performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance, landscape area and construction/maintenance work; operates small hand-powered tools and equipment and operates motorized vehicles; occasionally performs work involving large equipment such as tractors, loaders and gang mowers. NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:• Knowledge of methods and materials used in grounds and landscape area construction/maintenance work• Able to use hand/power tools and equipment• Able to follow oral and written directions• Able to work indoors/outdoors and operate a motorized vehicle• Must be 18 years old• Must be available to work weekends and holidays EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:• Valid Class "C" Texas Drivers License with good driving record
