Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives on the plant floor, enjoys solving tough equipment challenges, and knows how to lead a maintenance team by example. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional—ideally with a strong background in food manufacturing—to take ownership of equipment reliability, develop and strengthen our preventive maintenance program, and help drive our operation from reactive repairs to a proactive, planned maintenance culture. You’ll work side-by-side with Maintenance Technicians while partnering closely with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to keep our equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you’re a leader who isn’t afraid to turn a wrench, troubleshoot a problem, develop your team, and make a measurable impact on uptime and performance, we want to hear from you.
