About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is not a desk job—you’ll be actively involved in troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping production running. You’ll oversee team leaders, manage preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards.
Duties
- Lead and support maintenance team leaders and technicians
- Maintain and execute preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Oversee maintenance of:

- Production equipment and lines
- Coolers/freezers
- Facility systems (lighting, building, grounds)
- Coordinate and manage third-party contractors
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, OSHA, SQF, HACCP, FDA, EPA standards
- Support food safety and quality initiatives
- Perform hands-on repairs and fabrication as needed
- Maintain 80% focus on equipment / 20% facility maintenance
Requirements
- Bilingual: English / Spanish Preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or industrial operations
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus
- Knowledge of LOTO, OSHA, SQF, HACCP preferred
