Maintenance Technician
Location: New Orleans, LA

Company provides luxury short-term rental accommodations in premier destinations, combining exceptional guest experiences with technology-driven property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, including mini-split systems.
- Handle general repairs involving plumbing, electrical fixtures, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliances.
- Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Install and mount furniture, fixtures, artwork, mirrors, and window treatments.
- Maintain landscaping, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with property managers and external contractors when needed.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- Valid HVAC technician license.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on property maintenance experience.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable personal truck or van.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
- Residence within a 30-minute commute of New Orleans.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills and additional trade certifications are a plus.
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time hourly position based in New Orleans, LA.
- Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and 401(k).
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Two days off per week, with schedules published the prior Thursday.
- Mileage reimbursement in accordance with IRS guidelines.
