Job Description

Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has an immediate need for a part-time Commercial Cleaner. The position requires travel to several clients in Livonia and the surrounding areas. This shifts will vary, but generally can start as early as 4 am and end as late as 9 pm 3-5 days per week. The minimum scheduled time for this position is 15 hours per week.

Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, ECS provides custodial services across southeast Michigan. The commercial cleaner is responsible for ensuring client facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must. A successful candidate in this role is punctual, can work independently and as part of a team, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Sanitize and disinfecting all high-touch surface areas
Clean bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.)
Empty trash bins
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
