<li>Maintenance, handyman, or apartment maintenance experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or general repairs required</li>
<li>Comfortable using hand and power tools</li>
<li>Must have valid DL with clean MVR</li>
<li>Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn</li>
<li>Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug screen and background check</li>

<li>8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li>
