We're hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join a local property management team! Job Duties
- Complete work orders for apartment homes and common areas
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
- Repair and replace appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, and flooring as needed
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers)
- Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and grounds
- Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely manner
- Assist with landscaping, trash removal, and seasonal property upkeep
- Document completed work orders and communicate repair needs with management
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
