A well-established, Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Aventura at St. Peters, a new construction, lease up community in St. Peters, MO with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2027. The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the development.
Some examples of the responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include but are not limited to:
- Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents
- Answer telephones and internet leads throughout the day
- Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting in Yardi
- Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
- Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
- Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents
- Ensure excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
- Assist with day to day operations
Qualifications of the Leasing Consultant:
- 6 months of previous Multi-Family Leasing experience required
- Lease- up experience preferred
- Previous Yardi and Rent Cafe experience preferred
- Ability to provide amazing customer service, is detailed oriented, and high energy
- Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
- Weekend availability required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required

Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5:30pm and Saturdays, 11am- 4pm
