Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable, hands-on, on call Part-Time Maintenance employee to help maintain and enhance the community. This is a field-based role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
This is a unique position, and we will work around your current schedule. Responsibilities
- Perform general property repairs: plumbing, irrigation, painting, stucco work, etc.
- Maintain clean, orderly common areas and grounds as needed.
- Handle sewer line backups and coordinate larger repairs as needed.
- Participate in on call for emergency repairs.
Qualifications
- Time management skills
- Experience in general maintenance
- Experience in general landscape
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and complete physically demanding tasks
- Must be available for occasional after-hours emergencies (on call)
Job Details
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Pay: $20 to $25 an hour
Schedule:
- 8 hours a week to start
- On call
- Day shift / Night - for repairs
License: Valid Driver’s License required
