Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center – Columbia, TN

Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance department and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building maintenance operations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs

• Ensure facility remains in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards (Life Safety, OSHA, etc.)

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

• Manage work orders and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed

• Maintain maintenance logs, records, and documentation

• Ensure grounds and facility are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Must be reliable and able to respond to urgent facility needs
