A large Southeast full service law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with at least one year of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience negotiating real estate contracts, assisting with title, survey and due diligence matters, drafting documents (contracts, leases, easement agreements, etc.).
- Experience preparing closing documents, and coordinating closings.
- Must have academic excellence.
- Able to manage a high work flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent drafting skills.
