Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with personalized service.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support at every step.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values, empowering clients with accurate information.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for all parties involved.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in their best light to potential buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize our advanced CRM system to manage client interactions and streamline communication efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE A SC REAL ESTATE LICENSE.

• Experience in real estate sales with a valid South Carolina real estate license.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.

• Proven track record of guiding clients through the buying or selling process with expert advice and support.

• Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best outcomes in offers and contracts for all parties involved.

• Proficiency in conducting market research to provide clients with accurate and current property information.

• Experience in coordinating property showings and open houses, showcasing homes effectively to potential buyers.

• Ability to collaborate with team members, sharing insights and strategies to foster continuous improvement and success together.
